DailyGambling Terms and Conditions for Prizes and Promotions

The following terms and conditions must be satisfied in order to participate in any DailyGambling prizes or promotions:
- You must be 18 years or older (or the minimum legal age in your country) to participate in any promotion.
- Games played with one of the following in-game currencies are not eligible for a Max Win Club prize: FUN, GC, XSWP.
- Enter your personal information in the specific fields (our collection of any personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy, located at https://dev-dailygambarewards.com/privacy-policy).
- Add the link to the replay of the round where you won the max win.
- The round should not be older than 30 days, starting July 1st 2025 and beyond.
- You cannot reuse a replay link that was already used to claim a prize.
- Only rounds played live on one of our official partners websites are accepted; a demo play link is not eligible for the promotion.
- One product can be redeemed for each valid link once every month (30 days); once a link has been validated and the prize awarded, it will not be eligible in the future for such promotion. Links are non-transferable and restricted to the original player who achieved the win. Any duplicate submissions or attempts to bypass these conditions will result in disqualification from this and future promotions
- Delivery of the prize may take up to one month (30 days) depending on different factors such as delivery address, logistics and availability of the prizes at any given moment. DailyGambling is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable prizes due to incorrect information or carrier issues.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- We reserve the right to reject submissions and links that are deemed irrelevant, promotional, or fraudulent.
Prizes
- The prizes consist of a product specially designed for each eligible game from the list of slots we have chosen.
- Each product has a unique design representing aspects of each game, designed originally.
- If a max win replay is submitted that meets the requirements but does not include a win from one of the slots we have chosen, you will receive a prize containing one of the universal max win shirts we offer.
- Milestone payouts are typically processed within 48 hours or as soon as reasonably possible, depending on verification and operational factors.
- DailyGambling reserves the right to withhold milestone payouts in cases of suspected abuse, ineligibility, failure to meet verification requirements, or any other circumstance in which the claim cannot be reasonably validated.
- Milestone payouts may only be issued to the verified account holder associated with the wagering activity; incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or forfeiture.
- Gameplay bonus amounts, including cash rewards, free balance, free spins, or any other bonus type, are determined solely by the DailyGambling VIP Team based on the user’s total wager, net profit, and other relevant factors at their discretion.
Wager Milestones
- Milestones can only be claimed once per month. Users cannot claim the same milestone reward more than once within a single monthly cycle. All milestone items reset at the end of each month, and any unclaimed rewards will expire and will no longer be available once the new month begins.
- Eligibility requires being registered under an approved DailyGambling or partner casino affiliate code at the time of wagering and claim submission.
- DailyGambling may request additional verification at any time, including gameplay logs or further screenshots, and incomplete or altered submissions may be rejected.
- All decisions regarding milestone eligibility, approval, or rejection are final, and DailyGambling reserves the right to deny rewards in cases of suspected abuse or wrongful submission.
- Only wagering completed with real funds and meeting the Weighted Wager requirements is eligible to count toward Wager Milestones; games with 97% RTP or lower count at 100%, games above 97% count at 50%, games 98% and above count at 10%, and only slots and house games qualify (dice excluded).
- DailyGambling is not liable for partner‑site outages, missing wager logs, or technical issues that prevent verification of a user’s wagering activity.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their screenshots and wagering totals are accurate, complete, and correspond to the correct monthly cycle. Any discrepancies may result in rejection.
- Milestone progress must originate from a single personal account. Multi‑accounting, shared accounts, or account switching will result in disqualification.
- Users are required to have a DailyGambling account to claim wager milestone rewards.
